Uso del bagazo húmedo de cerveza en la alimentación de ovinos: de la cervecería al campo
Abstract
El bagazo de cerveza es un subproducto o residuo del proceso de elaboración de la
cerveza. Consiste en los residuos sólidos que quedan después de que el líquido se
extrae del grano de cebada durante la maceración y el filtrado. Está compuesto por
las cáscaras del grano de cebada, líquidos y un alto contenido de fibra y proteínas. Es
aprovechable en la alimentación del ganado y su calidad es equiparable a la del heno
o pellet de
