Microorganisms associated with yerba mate cultivation have been little studied. The present work consisted of taking samples from different organs of the affected plant and observing them in the laboratory. Different methods were used for diagnosis, from humid chamber to cultures in Potato Glucose Agar (APG). From leaves, Cylindrocladium spathulatum was the most frequent pathogen, followed by Phyllosticta spp, Colletotrichum spp, Asterinia matte. From branches Ceratobasidium niltonsouzanum together with Tubercularia spp. from seedlings Colletotrichum spp and Lasiodiplodia spp were the most frequent and from root and collar, Lasiodiplodia spp, Rosellinia spp and Fusarium spp were the most frequent.
