A Divergent Strain of Culex pipiens-Associated Tunisia Virus in the Malaria Vector Anopheles epiroticus

Here, we report the draft genome sequence of a divergent strain ofCulex pipiens-associated Tunisia virus (CpATV) identified in the malaria vectorAnoph-eles epiroticus(CpATV-AnE).
