Diseño de Plan de Capacitaciones entre el I.N.T.A. articulado en Convenios con el PRO.CA.DIS. y otros organismos enmarcados en actividades del CE.CA.IN. de la E.E.A. Bella Vista

Abstract

Este trabajo de investigación surgió de la necesidad de organizar un plan de actividades que detalle las capacitaciones que se realizan en la Estación Experimental Agropecuaria del INTA Bella Vista. Tuvo sus fundamentos teóricos mediante el enfoque de la nueva ruralidad descripta por autores como Norma Carosio y Oscar José Burtnik. Se realizó una búsqueda de antecedentes y se concluyó con una aproximación al diagnóstico situacional de la Institución mediante criterios FODA. Además, se estudió la viabilidad de realizar convenios interinstitucionales y enmarcar estas actividades en el Centro de Capacitación integral. La articulación con el Programa de Capacitación a Distancia de INTA resultó más que pertinente de acuerdo a las demandas de la Sociedad en general y a la oportunidad que brindan las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación “TICs” a través de diferentes capacitaciones. Esto significa una gran inclusión del público en general y sus intereses, así como también un abanico de posibilidades de contar con una variedad de herramientas para diseñar y/o planificar las capacitaciones. La opinión de los actores involucrados es fundamental, es por ello que se realizó un plan de acción con entrevistas para recabar la mayor información posible a tomarse en cuenta para elaborar el plan de actividades. En conclusión, esto permitirá resolver el problema de superposición y realizar un uso más eficiente del Centro de Capacitación Integral.

This research work arose from the need to organize a plan of activities that detail the trainings courses that are carried out at the INTA Bella Vista Agricultural Experimental Station. It had its theoretical foundations through the approach of the new rurality described by authors like Norma Carosio and Oscar José Burtnik. A background search was conducted and it was concluded with an approach to the situational diagnosis of the Institution through SWOT criteria. In addition, the feasibility of conducting inter-institutional agreements and framing these activities in the Comprehensive Training Center was studied. The articulation with INTA's Distance Training Program was more than pertinent according to the demands of the Society and the opportunity offered by Information and Communication technologies “ICTs” through different training courses. This means a great inclusion of the general public and their interests, as well as a range of possibilities to have a variety of tools to design and / or plan training courses. The stakeholders` opinion is fundamental, which is why an action plan was drawn up with interviews to gather as much information as possible to be taken into account to develop the activity plan. In conclusion, this will solve the overlap problem and make a more efficient use of the Comprehensive Training Center.
