Estimación de efectos ambientales sobre el fenotipo de clones de banana mediante Análisis Factorial Múltiple Jerárquico
Abstract
La banana comestible (Musa spp.) es un híbrido de reproducción asexual. Por tal motivo, se espera que de una generación a la siguiente la combinación de múltiples caracteres fenotípicos se conserve. Sin embargo, las variaciones ambientales pueden modificar la expresión de tales caracteres, en especial los de herencia cuantitativa. Sin embargo, las variaciones ambientales pueden modificar la expresión de tales caracteres, en especial los de herencia cuantitativa. En 2014, se seleccionaron 140 genotipos de banana de diferentes campos de productores formoseños. Estos clones fueron evaluados durante dos años sucesivos, mediante un diseño aumentado, en las instalaciones del Instituto de Investigación y Desarrollo Tecnológico para la Agricultura Familiar (I.P.A.F.).
