Brassica carinata, una alternativa invernal viable para la región centro de Santa Fe
Abstract
Así como la colza, carinata tiene elevados requerimientos hídricos y es muy exigente en cuanto a fertilidad de nitrógeno (N) y azufre (S) (Ferraris et al. 2020). Actualmente, en el mercado existen un híbrido y una variedad de esta especie y se desconoce tanto el comportamiento productivo como la época de siembra en la que se maximizan los rendimientos.
